Born in Romania and based in London, she spent 22 years in technology, including a senior EMEA strategic partner marketing role at AWS, before founding AI Everywhere® in 2025. Why does Adriana Pricope build?
When Adriana was 5, her father built her a computer and showed her how to draw an airplane on the screen. That was the start.
At school she sat in a maths and physics class of 32 boys and 5 girls, and teachers told the girls they could not be engineers. At university in Bucharest she was one of 5 women among 1,100 Computer Science students.
For 22 years she was often the only woman in the room. At 23 she was the only female country manager at a Japanese company. Later, AWS created a role for her that combined marketing, sales and technical work on strategic partnerships.
In 2025 she left AWS to build on her own. Her reason is simple: the knowledge and relationships you build over a career are yours. She wants more women to know that, and to act on it.
